Youth exchange "Story of my life" was a unique project taking place in Estonia that discussed the topics about ageing. Who is old and who is young? Can young people and seniors find a common language? Is active ageing important at all? This is what we discussed during those amazing 10 days. "We" means 35 young people from 7 countries and vital seniors from Nõmme Vanameeste Klubi and Kohila Reumaühing.

This is the story of our lives right now!

And we made a movie, so you can see what is a youth exchange and what we did:

If you want to know something more about active aging you can try to do a QUIZ or look to some IDEAS TO PROMOTE ACTIVE AGEING

  • Sport on oluline kõikidele, kuid muutuvad vaid spordi tegemise viisid.
Kool, abielu, reisimine, usk, immigratsioon, sõnavabadus jne -  teemasid jagub. „Mulle meeldis see kuidas me rääkisime, kuidas asjade väärtus on aja jooksul muutunud,“ Madis. Tänapäeval ostetakse ja visatakse minema, varem tehti asju ise ja katkised asjad parandati ära.
  • Tegemist on projektiga, kus mõlemad on grupid aktiivsed. Inimesed on reisinud ja näinud maailma.  „Peaagu igas riigis on keegi meist käinud.“ Lies
